Details

Role Female Checkers – inspect T‑shirts for stains, stitches, overall quality. Fast‑track path to sewing operator roles for high performers.

Open to Women, 18–35 yrs, minimum 5th‑standard education. No prior experience needed (experienced textile workers considered for higher grade).

Work schedule • 9 hrs/day (8 hrs + 1 hr paid OT)

• General day shift, Sunday off

Comp & Benefits • CTC: ₹15,401 / month

• Net take‑home: ~₹10,299 / month after subsidised hostel, meals, PF & ESI

• OT earnings: ~₹2,000 / month extra
